CHICAGO -Six Chicago Sky players are currently taking their talents overseas with their respective teams this off-season. Below are the listed players, their teams and country.

Dana Evans - Besiktas JK Istanbul (Turkey)

Azurá Stevens - Galatasaray M.P. Istanbul (Turkey)

Rebekah Gardner - Spar CityLift Girona (Spain)

Julie Allemand - LDLC Lyon ASVEL Féminin (France), Belgium National Team

Ruthy Hebard -Atomerőmű KSC Szekszárd (Hungary)

Emma Meesseman -Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü Istanbul (Turkey, Belgium National Team

Emma Meesseman made her overseas debut with Fenerbahçe in Istanbul, Turkey on November 12 against Kayseri. Coming back from break in December, Meesseman and Fenerbahçe defeated Azurá Stevens and Galatasaray, 80-72, in Turkish league play. On December 4, Fenerbahçe defeated Cankaya in dominating fashion, 87-61, to lift themselves to a 6-2 overall record. Fenerbahçe's two losses come from Nesibe and Botas A. They face USK Praha on December 7 in EuroLeague and Dana Evans and Besiktas on December 10 in the Turkish League.

The women's Belgian national team, the Belgian Cats, played two games for the FIBA Women's EuroBasket Qualifiers. In its 112-41 win against North Macedonia, Meesseman recorded 17 points, six rebounds and three assists. Belgium recorded its second win against Bosnia-Herzegovina, 100-60, where Meesseman tallied 20 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds.

Rebekah Gardner and Spar CityLift Girona currently hold a 1-1 record in the month of December - a narrow 62-64 loss against Kutxabank Araski and a 79-71 win against Jairis in the Spanish League. Against Kutxabank Araski, Gardner tallied a team-high 22 points to go along with six rebounds and two assists. Against Jairis, she recorded a team-high seven rebounds and 10 points. Spar Girona's continues play against Miskolc on December 8 (EuroLeague) and Avenida on December 11 (Spanish League).

Ruthy Hebard is currently averaging 12.4 points and 7.3 rebounds in Hungarian League play, while also averaging 13.5 points and 8.8 rebounds in EuroLeague play thus far with Atomerőmű KSC Szekszárd. On November 30, Hebard and Szekszárd recorded a statement 91-58 win against Cegledi, but dropped its next game against PEAC-Pecs, 65-67, to fall to a 9-3 overall record. They are back in action against Bourges on December 7 (EuroLeague) and against Uni Gyor on December 10 (Hungary League).

After winning its last two games before the short break, Dana Evans and Besiktas dropped its last two games in Turkish League play against OGM Ormanspor, 79-87, and against Sky Assistant Coach Emre Vatansever and ÇBK Mersin, 87-92. In the game against OGM Ormanspor, Evans recorded a team-high 33 points and six assists in 40 minutes. She recorded another team-high against Mersin with 41 points and seven rebounds in 39 minutes. On the season, Evans averages a stellar 23.0 points and 4.9 assists in 39.0 minutes. Besiktas continues Turkish League play against Meesseman and Fenerbahçe.

Stevens andGalatasaray currently have an even 1-1 record in December. In its loss against Fenerbahçe, Stevens tallied 10 points and six rebounds, then recorded a team-high 19 points in 35 minutes in a 55-47 victory over Botas A. Galatasaray has a EuroCup game against Gorzow Wlkp on December 7 and a Turkish League game against Emlak Konut on December 10. Stevens averages 14.5 points and 10.8 rebounds in Turkish League and 20.5 points and 5.0 rebounds in EuroCup.

Julie Allemand made her season debut with LDLC Lyon Asvel Feminin in a 64-52 win against Tarbes on December 4. Allemand tallied 10 points, six rebounds and five assists in a team-high 32 minutes in her debut. Lyon holds an undefeated 5-0 record in the French League and a 2-1 record in EuroCup. Allemand did not travel with the Belgian national team for EuroBasket Qualifiers in November.

*Courtney Vandersloot will not be traveling overseas (Euroleasing Sopron Basket - Hungary) for the foreseeable future. There are no further updates from the Chicago Sky at this time.
