Maya Jama parties with pals in Dubai... but a bombshell is set to hit the villa

Maya Jama partied with pals in Dubai before relaxing in the sun during time off from Love Island filming on Tuesday. 

The ITV dating show host, 28, jetted to the United Emirates after the weekend's recoupling for some downtime, before the next bombshell is set to hit the villa. 

In the update shared to her Instagram Story, she was seen sipping on wine with her friends and dancing in the club before lounging by the pool. 

She gave an insight into her lavish journey, posing with the cabin crew during her first class flight and was then greeted with a personalised message at the venue.  

Maya's visit to Dubai comes amid the news that a new girl is set to enter the villa, so the presenter's trip could be fleeting if another recouping is on the horizon.

In the photo's Maya posed wearing a plunging chilli printed dress and went makeup free with her long brunette hair in beachy waves. 

Elsewhere in South Africa, the Heart Rate challenge is back with the Islanders all dressing to impress and perform sizzling routines to get the blood pumping and pulses racing.

The girls wowed in a series of jaw-dropping costumes for their dances, while the boys' heart rates were monitored to see who sent the beats soaring.

But all was not what it seemed. While the Islanders thought the performances were over, a shock was in store as a new bombshell arrived to join the dance-off. 

Olivia channelled her ring girl persona in sizzling latex for her performance which kicked things off for the girls, while Samie donned a red hot devil's outfit.

Lana, who is at the centre of a love triangle between Ron and Casey made a big entrance, popping out a giant present whole dressed in a red bow. 

At least one of the boys was impressed, exclaiming: 'She walked out and it was like from a cartoon where your eyes just burst out of your face.'

Ellie meanwhile was a sexy cat, while Tanya stunned as a French Maid and Tanyel showed off her best twerking as a cheeky bunny.

Meanwhile, farmer Will's match Jessie hoped to impress her beau in a pink cowgirl outfit, yelling 'Howdy boys!' before dropping into the full splits.

The boys performed first in the challenge with Shaq making an entrance as an airport security officer and declaring: 'Which one of you girls needs a pat down?'

Casey wore a cheeky lumberjack outfit while his love rival Ron got pulses pumping as a builder.

Kai showed off his moves as a soldier while Tom arrived as a dark angel complete with wings to tempt all of the girls.

Jordan rocked an American football attire and gave Tanyel a lap dance, leaving her impressed as she told the Beach Hut:  'Jordan has got rhythm, I loved his little hips moving!'

Will stunned the girls as a saucy pirate, with one of the girls saying: 'Oh Will, Will, Will! No-one will ever do it like him, he just goes above and beyond.' 

Then, stunning the Villa in a sultry red angel outfit, new arrival Claudia said: 'Let's really get them hearts racing…'

Over the years, the heart rate challenge has caused tension between the couples after their pulses were raised by someone who is not their significant other.
