TODAY'S WEATHER OUTLOOK

Meteorologist Melanie Hunter says Northern California is waking up to a cooler start with temperatures in the 40s and 50s across the area. Clear conditions are expected to continue throughout the morning, but to the north there are some showers that may bring clouds here later in the day. Temperatures will hit the lower 50s by 9 a.m., lower 60s by 11 a.m. and then top out in the low 70s by 4 p.m.

The Latino Center of Art and Culture is kicking off its 13th annual El Panteón de Sacramento starting today into Sunday. Attorney General Rob Bonta is speaking at a press conference about Proposition 1 today at 11 a.m.
